Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026 · Applies to OrbitalWork and its products, including FreshLicense Feed.
OrbitalWork is a small data-products studio. This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect on our sites, why we collect it, what we never do with it, and how to have it deleted. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and a person will answer.
What we collect
We collect only what you see below — nothing else.
- Signup form: your email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your agency or company name and a free-text note about what you write.
- Sample requests: the email address you give us to receive a sample report.
- Basic visit measurement: when a page loads, our own tiny image pixel records a timestamp, the product name, the page path, and your browser's user-agent string. That's the whole list. It sets no cookies and involves no third-party trackers — the request goes only to our own server.
- Sample-download logs: when we email you a tokenized sample link, we log when that token is used, so we know the sample was delivered and opened.
Why we collect it
- To deliver what you asked for — sample reports and weekly feed issues.
- To measure interest in our products, so we know what to build and what to drop.
That's it. We don't build advertising profiles and we don't enrich your data from other sources.
What we do NOT do
We do not sell personal data. We use no third-party ad trackers. We set no cookies. We don't share your email with anyone except the infrastructure we need to send you mail (our email delivery provider) and, if you subscribe, our payment processor to handle billing.
Retention
We keep signup and sample-request records while you have an active trial or subscription, or while we might reasonably still need to follow up on your request. Visit-pixel and download logs are operational records and are periodically pruned. If you ask us to delete your data (below), all of it goes.
Deletion
Email [email protected] with "delete my data" and we will remove your rows from our records within 30 days. No forms, no hoops.
About the data in our reports
Our reports contain business-license data drawn from the State of Texas' public TDLR (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation) license records. That is public-records information about licensed businesses, published by the state — it is separate from the personal information this policy covers, which is only what you give us or what our pixel records when you visit.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
